Got this phone just over a year ago, currently on my second phone as my original phone had so many problems with it; such as charging when not connected to the charger, only being able to store 100 messages, telling me it has no memory left when i have plenty including a SD card, and then deciding not to charge on and off for months until it finally packed in. My current phone seems to be better than my old one, i can actually download apps (albeit only 3!) and can store more photos and texts than on the last one. The phone is extremly slow for a smart phone and alot of the time when im sending texts it decides it doesn't like doing this anymore and freezes and goes back to the main menu. The internet connection can be slow and the facebook app is awful and the weather app doens't even work. On a plus the camera quality is ok in a good enviornment and i love the pull out qwerty keyboard, shame more that good phones out at the moment don't have this feature as i find it much easier. Don't reccomend this phone as is a huge dissapointment :(
