Very good phone but for me there's one major problem which basically effects the whole thing. I went to Hertfordshire with it on the second day i had it, charged all night, thought it was great. In Hertfordshire, Broxbourne, i had no signal/ Couldnt recieve or send a text.
Went back home to london. Same again. Bad signal. I ring someone and it cuts out mid conversation.
I connect it to my 'N' rated router and the phone has the worst signal from that. Im only 5m metersaway from it. Now i don't know whether it's where i live (london) where the signals bad or if it's Orange, the phones signal is not good.
Other than that its a great phone. 4/5. Keypad is great and easy to get used to. Watching videos on wifi is fast and using its 3g is also very good. took 12 seconds to buffer a 4 min video which i thought was pretty good coming from a phhone. Screen good. GPS is good. The cover than comes with it its neat. Facebook's a bit wierd. Use the internet rather than the facebook app - the app's pretty bad.
And do take the insurance. it's worth it.
