Very Easy To Use

I found this bb very useful for me when using the internet browsing. i am a big fan of internet browsing and checking up on my facebook as well as when just general internet surfing. i found the way the applications are laid on the 3.7" screen very officiant, especially when looking for a presice app. when it comes to the sound quality, i would strongly recommend this to any media lover. crisp, lound and very clear. The only downside i would say about this product is the keyboard. i have used and bb before and found the qwerty keyboard laid out infront and that was very good. now this one is all touch so not as good as you may want. Iphone standard with keyboards are far better than this, simply because of the fact that the keys are bigger. But even that one downside hasn't kept me from loving it and i hope you do too. Had this phone for a year and almost everyone of the bottom buttons do not work! The phone freezes and constantly needs a battery pull! Have been told that it is a software issue which need to be sent back to blackberry. Long! I love this bb , the bigger screen makes it much easier to use than normal bb's, its very good for people who like to browse, personally i really like the touch screen feature of this bb, extremly easy to use , only one thing the battery life goes very quickly even if you arn't on it. personally, i don't think this phone is for me. The thing i was really looking forward to was to have BBM on this phone, unfortunately it doesn't have the expectations that i thought it could achieve, i w truely and utterly disappointed that this Phone didn't have BBM and it upsets me to think that BBM was specific to BlackBerry, but it doesn't acctually have it working. other than that it is fine. But i don't think this phone is reliable.. i do recommend having a Cheap BlackBerry Curve 9320 though, works perfectly and has all it's features as a BlackBerry should, even at a LOW price! Have been using Blackberry's for a while now. This one is the best I have had so far! Battery lasts all day provided you don't keep the apps open when not in use. The screen is a perfect size for my fingers, which are large. I prefer the onscreen keyboard to a button press one anyday! I have had this almost a year and it has been reliable and fun. I want the same phone when I next upgrade! Wouldn't change a thing! having got a BlackBerry tablet which I am delighted with, I thought of a Mobile to bridge with the tablet.It was a nightmare from the second day onwards until I was told there was a soft ware problem and I have since heard that this has happened before, Thankfully the Geek was very good. I am now on my second mobile and sincerely hope this will be better. I like this phone a lot, it's just a shame the battery life is appalling and it is super unreliable. I had to buy a new battery which worked better for the first few days, but is now dreadful. This is a recurring problem with this phone. The phone freezes a lot and is very easily scratched. The camera is excellent and the the screen resolution is sharp. This phone is unreliable continually locks up for no reason,have to switch off and take out battery on average twice per week to be able to send texts,research in motion difficult to contact ,website not easy to use to upgrade software in phone. I would highly recommend NOT to buy this phone. It freezes all the time, when it's meant to be "beautifully fast". The battery is appalling and the keypad is very difficult to use. - Most of all the freezing is the worst bit. Awful. I'm changing to Iphone!!! Overall Ease of use 1

This phone is rubbish and i would never recommend it to anyone, the touch screen is terrible and the buttons do not work and when turning you only get half the screen, it freezes most of the time and scratches very easily... the only good thing about this phone is the camera but thats all. I'm very disappointed with the make of this phone and blackberry has let me down big time. I was stunned at how bad this phone is, I don't think I have a good thing to write about it. The battery life is appauling, you have to charge the phone every day, sometimes twice, especially if you've made a phone call or used the internet. It freezes periodically, sometimes resulting in removing all text messages and emails and basically wiping the phone's data. It won't respond to touch or the buttons. I cannot count the amount of battery pulls I have had to do on this phone since buying it. The screen sometimes won't turn from potrait to landscape despite turning the phone and so you cannot see half the screen. Despite contacting the help department and running through thier help proceedures to wipe and reset the data, it hasn't resolved any of the issues I had with it. I cannot stress enough if that you want a decent reliable phone you just don't buy this!! It will be less hassle not too. I am gutted by blackberry as my previous blackberry was pretty good. For: - Advanced 5 Megapixel camera, with 720p HD video capture,takes great pics - Large sceen and design,view pics/videos in great quality Against: - Battery life..it doesnt exist.I cannot use this phone for one full day without charging it again!Call text,facebook, BBM,use any apps and battery is drained-I carry the charger everywhere now - The fast 1.2GHz Snapdragon™ S2 processor-clearly its not there,phone freezes,doesnt respond,turn it side ways and count to 10 before it realises and adjusts,I have 3 apps facebook,whatsapp&sky news and already memory is low?! - Random multi typing - at times it just types letters I havent even clicked like the phone has a ghost in control and delete changes to enter/send - BB App store,the free ones are terrible, and the rest start at £3-£5,theres one app priced at £50,what a joke! Before this phone, I loved BB,loyal fan, defended it against the Apple Apps gang&Android..now I regret it,already rang vodafone for a phone change..avoid it or bin it! This is an excellent phone, fast, reliable and professional. The graphics and sound quality are excellent. It easily works with laptop pc's. There is a lot of memory space and the features and functions are fun. Only complaint is that Blackberry apps are not as good as iphone ones but they seem to bringing new ones out which are more competitive. In this price range I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it. The keyboard is excellent, I had a push screen Blackberry before which in comparison was naff. This is the worst phone I have ever owned!!! The keyboard is hard to use, the space bar is right next to the button where u can change the language??? Why???? So u accidentally click that when typing. It is slow. The small black clock will pop up at least 6 times a day. If you have ur phone on silent for most of the day or vibrate, ur battery will not last. When the screen rotates to side view, it takes ages to go back upright, unlike my iPad. The one good thing about the phone is the camera, it's really good. But that's it. I could go on about the negatives... I advise anyone, do not buy this phone or any blackberry for that matter, they only care about business users. The apps are pointless, they have none, unlike Apple.
