This phone is lovely looking I must say, with a sleek black design and an alluminum border what more can a one ask for in terms of appearance? However looks can sometimes be decieving and in this case possibly. The Internet Browser is good(-ish) to a certan extent; make sure you check that your service provider has open wifi spots around the area you will be using it most. This, in comparison to other smartphones out on the market is quite expensive for just personal use; if you are buying it simply for texts, browsing the internet and listening to music - you are better off with the Iphone or Ipod touch, however if you require the use of being able to open spreadsheets and word documents this is perfect for you. When they say this is the perfect business man phone - they mean it! Now I didn't get BB data plan so I am a bit handicaped on this topic, however looking at the apps - again not for personal enoyment but rather more serious applicational uses. The battery life is tremendous; mine is constantly on everyday for 8-10 hours standby and it lasts around 3-5 days whether I do something else; music drains battery life fast - take my word for it. It's a very well made stirdy phone so if your worried about breaking a phone in this price range, you needn't worry I have dropped it an endless amount of times and it has only suffered very minor scratches only visible to light exposure. In conclusion - if your using this work in business, or your an IT technician, consultant or assistant, get it! if your a teenager in search for a phone primarily used for entertainment - you may want to think again :)
